Special Conditions:

Existing City Cable Links TV customers can obtain the proposed fixed broadband plans by paying a connection fee of Rs.5000/
New connection will incur connection fee of Rs. 10,000/- (Inc. Tax)
Existing City Cable Links TV customers will be subject to 12-months commitment when subscribing to broadband service.
New customers subscribing for the first time with broadband service will be subjected to a 24-month commitment period.
Rs.5000 will be charged for early termination within the commitment period.
Any mis-users detected in the network will be subjected to be throttled after consulting with TRCSL.
Connection fee of Rs.10,000/- is applicable for premises which are within 500m of City Cabel Links distribution point. Rs.200/- per meter will be charged beyond the 500m point.
Warranty : The device us covered under warranty for period of Twelve (12) months from the date of installation. During this warranty period, any manufacturing defects will be eligible for one-to-one replacement at no additional charge.
After the commitment period, ownership of the device will be transferred to the customer.

Yes. Charges and conditions are as follows:
